About Me
Origins: I am from Cameroon 🇨🇲, a beautiful West & Central African country nicknamed “Little Africa.” I grew up speaking English and French and have lived abroad and in the U.S.
I began my STEM journey at age 10 by joining a local pre-collegiate chapter of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) called Patriots NSBE Jr. While there, and through recognition and support from my middle school teachers, I began competing in science, mathematics, and robotics. My interests in engineering have always revolved around using technology to impact healthcare, and that led to my pursuit of research, beginning in high school.
